The 12-month commitment for the platinum membership plan can be paid with easy monthly payments using a debit/credit card or Health Savings Account. If the fee for the entire 12 months is paid for upfront, a 5% discount and free in-office bleach is included PLUS FREE TEETH WHITENING!! Further, the platinum membership plan includes twice a year exams, BASIC CLEANINGS, and x-rays (two bitewings). Plan members also receive a 30% discount on all major work – crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and a 20% discount on all basic work – fillings, extractions, periodontal cleanings, root canals, and implants.
The monthly fee for the platinum membership plan is based on either a single ($25) Couple ($35) or family ($45, up to a family of four children). If you have more than four children in your family, then it’s just $5 per month for each additional dependent child.
