He attended the University of Utah before moving on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Lewis opened the doors to Nate C. Lewis DDS, Progressive Dentistry in 2005, and has since helped hundreds of patients cultivate healthy smiles.
